How NOT to learn to screen print

There are a lot of good ways to learn how to screen print on t-shirts and apparel: work in a functioning shop, take a course, find a mentor in the field or do what I did originally: by a book from an expert and scour forums where experts give their advice. One thing not to do would be read a four paragraph essay.
