Custom T-Shirt Diary 21: Talula Does the Hula

I play volleyball in an adult co-ed league based in Newton, MA. When my teammates heard about my screen printing business they instantly wanted some team jerseys. While most (none) of the teams in our friendly and casual league have team colors let alone team uniforms, I thought it would be fun to make them and cool to wear!

I used 100% polyester wicking performance shirts and printed them with water-based ink. The water-based ink was significantly more difficult to work with (than plastisol would have been) but maintained the softness and breathability of the shirts.
