Custom T-Shirt 121: CrossFit City Line Spring Apparel

Burnout t-shirts and super-soft ringspun t-shirts from Alternative Apparel are the foundation to CrossFit City Line’s Spring apparel. Alternative makes some of our favorite unique products so we were stoked to be screen printing (and dye sublimating!) on them for this project.

The image above is a close-up of the dye sublimation we did on the bottom of the women’s white burnout t-shirts. If you look closely you can see some parts of the tee are thicker and thinner, this is the cool effect of a burnout tee.

One of my favorite parts of this project was being really smart about using parts of the same design on different t-shirts to create unique items while being really cost-effective. You can see how we used the same back left shoulder screen print on the black and the white tees. But on the white tees we didn’t print the white ink because that would just cost more and make the shirt have unnecessary ink on it.
