Custom T-Shirt: Lilac Sunday 2012

Lilac Sunday is one of my favorite events of the year and it’s always special to screen print their amazing t-shirts and tote bags. This year was no different. We had such a hot spring that the event fell slightly after the peak season – but were none the less awesome.

This year’s design featured a retro-inspired lilac image printed in two colors of ink. For the t-shirts we used purple and white ink on navy fabric. Purple and navy ink were used on natural canvas tote bags.

One of the big secrets about The Arnold Arboretum is that it’s a great place to visit any time of year. Its natural beauty is amazing, especially considering how close it is to Boston. Check it out if you haven’t recently!
