A Great Guide to Where to Put Screen Print Designs

Like most customers, one of the first questions you ask yourself is WHERE is our design going to go? Sometimes it might be an almost subconscious question because you settle on a standard location, like the front chest immediately.

If you know exactly where you want your screen printing to go, that’s great! If not, let me break down the traditional locations.

There are three standard print locations: front left chest (or pocket), full chest front, full back.

In general, the front of the apparel is the most important place to have your design. If you choose just one screen print location, I recommend the front simply because that area is seen way more often than the back. With that being said, a front and back combination is a great way to go.
