Custom T-Shirt for CrossFit Bridgewater feat. Halftones!

We recently screen printed CrossFit Bridgewater’s latest t-shirt design on a black burnout t-shirts. The tees only use one color of ink (white on each side) but, as you can see, they have the effect of being a fully greyscale image.

How did we do this? By using halftones, of course. Halftone screen printing allows us to give the effect of lighter and darker ink without actually using different inks. Why is this awesome? Mainly because it saves you money because we charge less when using fewer colors of ink. Something to think about when ordering your next tee!
