New Apparel Styles 2016
In my last post I talked about general trends for 2016 apparel. In this post I want to talk about a few specific new styles that are of interest.
Weatherproof has a new plaid long sleeve for men and women. It looks like a very cozy garment that is somewhere between corporate and casual.
Weatherproof is also offering a packable down vest that matches up well with their packable puff jacket. A great option that can be decorated with embroidery and will keep you warm for three seasons.
Alternative Apparel makes some of the highest quality apparel out there. They always seem ahead of the curve and their manufacturing is top-notch. They are offering a tee with an unconventional and randomized heather pattern. They call it their Waterline Textured T-Shirt.
In addition Alternative has a cost-competitive 50/50 tee that I was able to touch and feel recently that is a vintage stunner. It’s a retail-quality tee for way less. It has simple but elegant features like a bound collar and blind tonal stitching on the sleeves and hem. The colors available are understated, soft, and vintage. These tees are not yet available but will be coming soon!
Badger, a top-shelf athletic apparel manufacturer, has expanded into yoga pants (like these blend leggings) and they offer some really stylish options.
The Ame & Lulu Beach Bag comes in some really fashion-forward fabric patterns. While not cheap, there aren’t many similar bags out there!
