CrossFit Florian is a 5,500 square foot facility based in Norwood, MA. Their namesake comes from St. Florian, the patron saint of firefighters. It is no surprise then that CFF is owned and operated by two Boston Firefighters, Beau Claiborne and Bill Malcomb! This CrossFit gym focuses on making working out enjoyable. They provide a diverse range of workouts for members that are accessible and appropriately challenging. The trainers at CFF modify the workout-of-the-day for each member, providing an individualized experience that gives results.
